Position: Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Are you a Project Manager with a strong background in civil design and a PE license, looking to join a growing company that offers long-term stability and clear career progression?

This senior position will involve full project management responsibility, along with oversight of a small design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder requirements. You will play a key role in delivering transportation infrastructure projects, including streets, highways, rail, and bridges, working closely with municipal clients.

The ideal candidate is a Project Manager with a civil design background and experience working with municipalities, who is looking to continue progressing their career within a supportive and growing organization.

The Role:

  • Deliver and manage transportation infrastructure projects (streets, highways, bridges, rail) for DOT and other municipalities across Texas
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Manage and mentor a small design team, combining hands-on technical input with leadership responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other offices to support ongoing and future projects

The Person:

  • Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or similar)
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
  • Experience working with municipal clients is highly advantageous
