This senior position will involve full project management responsibility, along with oversight of a small design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder requirements. You will play a key role in delivering transportation infrastructure projects, including streets, highways, rail, and bridges, working closely with municipal clients.
The ideal candidate is a Project Manager with a civil design background and experience working with municipalities, who is looking to continue progressing their career within a supportive and growing organization.
The Role:
- Deliver and manage transportation infrastructure projects (streets, highways, bridges, rail) for DOT and other municipalities across Texas
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with stakeholder requirements
- Manage and mentor a small design team, combining hands-on technical input with leadership responsibilities
- Collaborate with other offices to support ongoing and future projects
The Person:
- Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or similar)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
- Experience working with municipal clients is highly advantageous
