Minimum Requirements: For Engineering Courses:
Master's degree in Engineering OR Master's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience in an engineering or design-related industry.
For CADD / Technical Drawing Courses:
Associate's degree in a related field and Minimum of 3 years of industry experience using CAD/CADD software in a professional setting.
Work Schedule: Day, evening, weekend, or online course assignments based on program needs.
Courses may be offered in accelerated formats or traditional semester schedules.

Adjunct Instructors will provide instruction in one or more engineering and CADD-related courses, integrating applied learning, industry standards, and real-world applications. Instruction may occur in classroom, lab, hybrid, or online environments and may support the Associate of Applied Science CADD Engineering Technology and Associate of Science in Engineering Technology degree pathways.

- CADD / Design Software:
- AutoCAD
- Inventor
- Revit
- Civil 3D
For Engineering Courses:
- Master's degree in Engineering OR Master's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience in an engineering or design-related industry.
- Associate's degree in a related field and Minimum of 3 years of industry experience using CAD/CADD software in a professional setting.
- Industry experience using CAD/CADD platforms in a professional environment.
- Experience teaching or training in higher education, technical training, or industry settings, including online instruction.
- Professional licensure (PE) or relevant industry certifications.
- Experience with multiple Autodesk platforms or related engineering software.
The incumbent will:
- Deliver engaging, industry-aligned instruction in assigned courses (in-person and/or online).
- Incorporate hands-on, project-based learning and applied engineering concepts.
- Utilize current software, tools, and technologies relevant to course content.
- Support student success through mentoring, feedback, and skills development.
- Align instruction with workforce needs, industry standards, and credential pathways.
- Deliver engaging, industry-aligned instruction in assigned courses (in-person and/or online).
- Incorporate hands-on, project-based learning and applied engineering concepts.
- Utilize current software, tools, and technologies relevant to course content.
- Support student success through mentoring, feedback, and skills development.
- Align instruction with workforce needs, industry standards, and credential pathways.
- Display empathy and positive regard for others in written, verbal and non-verbal communications.
- Work with colleagues and students by practicing punctuality, respect for deadlines, collaborative problem solving, and honest communication.

- Knowledge of engineering principles (statics, dynamics, materials, or related areas).
