Quick Lane Service Advisor

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team!

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, and wants an opportunity to grow in the automotive industry.

• Greet customers and provide a great experience from start to finish
• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Review maintenance needs and technician recommendations with customers
• Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout their visit
• Recommend maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
• Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Follow up with customers and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Help keep the Quick Lane organized, productive, and running smoothly

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Sales-minded without sacrificing customer service
• Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
