Mortgage Loan Processor

Texell, named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work for in the NATION by the Credit Union Journal, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to work onsite at our Temple, TX Headquarters location!

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will:

Process loans within established policies, procedures, and related legal requirements.

Communicate frequently with members, realtors, and loan officers regarding file statuses.

Create and deliver mortgage disclosures.

Place and track mortgage orders with third party companies.

Verify data on the loan application for accuracy.

Maintain progression of the mortgage file to meet or exceed closing dates.

Establish and maintain professional relationships with members, realtors, and others.

Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, procedures, and  responsible for meeting set standards and objectives for processing.

We need you to have:a minimum of two years of mortgage industry experience. (While highly preferred not strictly required).Organizational skills. Do you lose your car keys every day? We might not be a culture fit for you.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a  able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, while managing and meeting multiple deadlines.

Integrity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with a dynamic and passionate team.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn and use various software and technology programs.
