What You’ll Do- Structure, present, and finalize retail, finance, and lease transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Consistently generate finance and insurance income while maintaining a customer‑first approach
- Secure lender approvals and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners
- Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, and other protection products professionally and transparently
- Contract all transactions and ensure funds are collected at delivery
- Review and verify all deal paperwork for accuracy, compliance, and timely funding
- Maintain expert knowledge of lender programs, lease structures, balloon financing, rates, and product offerings
- Process cancellations for service contracts, credit insurance products, and ancillary products efficiently and accurately
- Assist in developing and mentoring team members to elevate dealership‑wide performance
- Stay current with federal, state, and lender compliance requirements and industry best practices
- Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager with a history of strong production and compliance
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Thorough understanding of lender guidelines, menu selling, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
