We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Temple, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring deals, submitting credit applications to lenders, and rehashing for approval while ensuring compliance with all federal and state guidelines. This role requires a strong focus on income production and the ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Structure automotive finance deals tailored to customer needs and dealership goals.
Submit credit applications to lenders accurately and efficiently.
Rehash credit applications as necessary to obtain lender approval.
Ensure all federal and state guidelines are met and properly disclosed to customers.
Maintain thorough knowledge of current lending policies and regulations.
Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize income production.
Consistently meet and exceed required standards for income and performance.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with lenders and customers.

Required Skills

Proven experience in structuring finance deals and submitting credit applications.
Strong understanding of federal and state finance regulations and disclosure requirements.
Ability to rehash credit applications effectively to secure lender approval.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
