Position Overview

As a Teller Full Time, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high‑volume banking transactions, educate customers on innovative technology, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. This position within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network is based in Belton, Texas at the Belton branch.

Spanish language proficiency is required.

Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well‑being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, identify banking opportunities during the interaction and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
