• 1 – 2 years direct to consumer sales experience, to include a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience with analyzing credit reports
• Is comfortable with commissioned-based roles with aggressive sales targets.
• Strong understanding of consumer loan products (auto, recreational, consolidation, personal, credit cards) and services.
• Has a teamwork mentality and a drive to work with others to accomplish not only department, but credit union goals.

• Be passionate about building relationships with members and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets!
• Work onsite in a call center environment, where you will originate different types of consumer loans (auto, credit cards, personal loans), conducting business via telephone, chat, text, and email.
• Be available to work during the week with rotating Saturdays. Preference is given to those applicants with open availability.
• You will have high goals to meet. But trust us - meeting those high expectations come with high rewards.
• Be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is complete and correct.
