** What You’ll Actually Do**
* ** Originate
* * residential purchase and refinance loans (no surprises there.)
* ** Build and maintain
** strong relationships with realtors, builders, doctors, CPA’s, Wealth Advisors/Financial Planners...coffee shop baristas, golf cart bar servers; or any other referral partners who can introduce you to potential leads.
* ** Educate and guide
** borrowers with confidence, clarity, and a calm demeanor (even when the appraisal doesn’t cooperate.)
* ** Manage your pipeline
** like the professional you are – with a team that helps, not hinders.
* ** Hit production goals
** that make sense and get rewarded for them.

** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 2 years of mortgage origination experience (purchase
-heavy preferred.)
*** Proven Ability to self-source and close loans
* ** Strong knowledge
** of Jumbo market, relationships in the medical community, as well as conventional, FHA, & VA loan programs.
* ** If you have:
** connections in luxury real estate and are familiar with Jumbo loans, or relationships in the medical community, you could do really well!
