Facility: Baylor Scott & White - Continuing Care Hospital & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Patient Census: 8-12 patients

Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care in Temple, TX is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative care team. This role supports patients across a continuing care hospital and skilled nursing facility, with a manageable patient census and strong physician support. New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Patient follow-ups and daily rounding

• Admissions and ongoing care management

• Hospital consults

• Central line and PICC line placement

• Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Potential mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Shared call coverage between APPs and Physicians

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas

• NCCPA certified or eligible

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Interest in continuing care, post-acute care, or SNF settings

• New graduates encouraged to apply
