Performs limited pharmacy services and duties associated with stocking, preparation, labeling, dispensing and delivery of medications;
Answers incoming phone calls and directs to the right person for service;
Communicates promptly with team members when inventory is low and helps with drug purchasing and inventory control;
Enter medication orders from doctors' sheets or prescriptions; fill according to the label; ensure dosage form and quantity match formulary; enter billing data;
Resolves discrepancies and runs reports from the automated dispensing machine; cleans and maintains equipment and work area; sterilizes glassware
