Schedule:
Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (with on-call availability as needed)
Residency Requirement:
Candidate must reside within one hour of Baylor Scott and White.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Manager to lead our imaging team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI, supervisory experience in a large hospital or Level 1 trauma center, and expertise in implant and pacemaker safety. A Magnetic Safety Officer (MSO) certification is highly desired.
- Oversee the daily operations of MRI services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with all regulations and hospital policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance patient care, reduce turnaround times, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Investigate, resolve, and document patient complaints.
- Manage staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage across all shifts.
- 5+ years of direct MRI experience.
- Supervisory experience required (preferably in a large hospital or Level 1 trauma center).
- Expertise in implant and pacemaker safety.
- Magnetic Safety Officer certification highly desired.
