Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Frontline Support Solutions and Superior Mobile Health have been awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Temple, Texas. We are seeking dedicated EMTs to join our team and support this important mission by providing high-quality interfacility medical transportation services.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Pay Rate: $23.30/hour

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical care and patient assessment within EMT scope of practice.
  • Safely operate ambulances and transport patients in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, first responders, dispatch, and clinical staff.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment used during patient care and transport.
  • Complete accurate electronic patient care documentation (ePCR).
  • Maintain vehicle readiness through equipment checks, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Adhere to all clinical, safety, and operational protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current Texas EMT Certification
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 150 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and work on uneven surfaces
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, low-light environments, and stressful emergency situations
