You are the first person guests see when they walk in the door; it is your job to make them feel welcome, seat them quickly, and ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized. When the guest finishes their meal, you should thank them as they walk out the door. In addition to seating guests, you assist servers and managers by communicating party counts and seating so that operations run smoothly.

• Communicate party counts and seating arrangements to servers and managers to help things run smoothly.
• Support servers and managers as needed to ensure a smooth guest flow from arrival to departure.
