Position: Field Service Analyst 1 - Part Time
Job Summary

This position supports end user devices and provides technical support. A strong background in technical support, customer service and understanding of client-server relationships, networking, and diverse hardware devices is required for satisfactory results in this position.

Essential Functions of the Role

* Familiarity with remote monitoring and control tools used in audio-visual environments, including the ability to remotely monitor and manage classroom equipment when required.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize approved remote support tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.

* Provides liaison support with Information Technology and Audio-Visual vendors and contractors, ensuring the support of managed services in assigned areas.

* Interfaces with users through training, education, tutorials, and problem resolution in a classroom environment.

* Coordinates and communicates effectively with others to complete assigned work.

* Performs troubleshooting of technical office equipment and peripherals, including telephony, printer configuration, scanners, and applicable hospital or research equipment.

* This role supports the classroom and the technology in it - not identity, access, or backend systems.

* Performs other duties as assigned or required.

* This role is 100% onsite support.

* Two or more years of experience in an Information Technology position required.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7:30AM - 12:30PM)

Qualifications

* EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

* EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience

* CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Drivers License (TXDL):
If moving from out of state must obtain valid TX DL within 90 days of hire.
