This role will troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with licensed vendors as needed, including after-hours emergencies, and assist residents with moving and minor repairs.
Qualified applicants will have prior building maintenance experience, team leadership, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
