We are hosting a "Virtual Hiring Event" for immediate hiring for a Mission Critical Data Center project Go-Live in Temple, TX on Tuesday, March 10th!

Responsibilities
Project Executive
Role Summary The Project Executive provides overall leadership and strategic direction for assigned construction projects. This senior role acts as a key liaison with owners and major stakeholders, oversees financial and operational performance, and ensures project delivery aligns with contractual, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
* 15+ years of construction management experience
* 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing large, complex projects or multiple projects
* Experience managing large-scale commercial projects (Mission Critical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or similarly complex sectors preferred)
* Lead overall project strategy, direction, and execution from pre-construction through closeout.
* Negotiate Owner contracts and support project acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling.
* Serve as the main point of contact for Project Managers on budget, billing, client expectations, and profitability.
* Build strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, subcontractors, and third-party partners.
* Mentor and develop project staff; ensure resources are properly assigned and aligned with project scope and complexity.
* Oversee financial performance including cash management, forecasting, and P&L.
* Champion safety, quality, and compliance with Suffolk standards and contractual obligations.
General Superintendent
Role Summary The General Superintendent leads field operations and on-site execution for one or more major projects. This role ensures construction activities align with schedule, quality, safety and company standards, while fostering strong client and team relationships.
