We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all project resources and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining budgets and schedules, managing contractual requirements, and ensuring overall project performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project schedules
• Represent the company with clients, architects, consultants, and government authorities
• Manage financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Oversee project startup including contract review, budget setup, schedule of values, safety planning, and mobilization
• Administer purchasing processes, trade buyouts, scopes of work, subcontracts, and insurance compliance
• Maintain document control including shop drawings, change orders, correspondence, and project logs
• Manage requisitions, payments, lien releases, and overall cash flow
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication to stakeholders
• Oversee project closeout including manuals, warranties, as-builts, subcontractor closeout, and owner training

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and trade-offs
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client and subcontractor relationships
