SR Project Manager- Heavy Civil​/Highway

The Role

The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for large, complex industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects (airports, data centers, refineries, power plants, etc.)This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction - from preconstruction through close-out.

What You'll Own

* Lead overall project execution in partnership with the Superintendent

* Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and profitability

* Change order strategy, negotiations, and risk management

* CPM schedule oversight and recovery planning

* Primary client and stakeholder relationships

* Financial reporting and executive updates

* Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams

* Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Requirements

* 5-7+ years of experience managing large, complex civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

* Proven experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control)

* Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction contract management

* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage demanding client relationships
