Office Manager# Office Manager Temple - Temple, TX 76502## Qualifications Arrow Glass Industries in Temple, TX, a division of Arrow Mirror and Glass Inc, a residential, multi-family and commercial glass company, is in search of an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management.

Duties Included but not limited to:
* Manage and supervise all operational processes including training, operational, and CSR staff.
* Maintain business confidentiality relative to personnel, pricing, promotion, customer lists, and methods of distribution.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Scheduling and management of glaziers is essential.
* Knowledge of inventory management, developing marketing plans, selling, and an understanding of financial requirements for operating a small business.

Requirements
* Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
