Arrow Glass Industries in Temple, TX, a division of Arrow Mirror and Glass Inc, a residential, multi-family and commercial glass company, is in search of an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management.
Duties- Manage and supervise all operational processes including training, operational, and CSR staff.
- Maintain business confidentiality relative to personnel, pricing, promotion, customer lists, and methods of distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Scheduling and management of glaziers is essential.
- Knowledge of inventory management, developing marketing plans, selling, and an understanding of financial requirements for operating a small business.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Mon-Fri 7am-4:00pm
