As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that cost, schedule, quality, and documentation standards are consistently met.

- Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery within established cost, schedule, and quality parameters
- Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning partners
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cash flow management
- Conduct feasibility studies to support project planning and execution
- Manage on‑site activities for data center construction projects
- Collaborate with power and fiber providers to ensure infrastructure readiness
- Prepare and deliver executive‑level project reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the integrity of critical infrastructure
- Work closely with internal operations teams to align project objectives
- Support business development initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and CAD/Visio required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Energetic self-starter with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
- Willingness to travel frequently if not local to project sites
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Experience with data center projects preferred
