Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corrugated Press Machine Operator to join our production team. This critical role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating corrugated presses to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player who can work collaboratively to maintain smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup & Operation:
Set up machines for production cycles, including calibration, cleaning, and adjustments. - Control and adjust machine settings such as speed and feed rates to optimize efficiency.
- Direct and collaborate with the machine Feeders and Stackers to ensure safe and consistent operations.
- Inspect products using measuring tools to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct periodic operational tests to ensure proper machine function.
- Keep accurate records of approved and defective units.
- Follow all company safety rules, protocols, and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Log daily activities, maintenance actions, and production output.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
- Experience:
at least 1+ year as a Corrugated Press Machine Operator and in a manufacturing environment. - Technical
Skills:
working knowledge of high‑speed machinery and measurement tools, ability to read blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals, basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. - Physical Requirements:
stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, work in noisy environments, strong physical stamina and dexterity. - Flexibility: willing to work weekends and extended shifts as needed.

strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, adherence to health and safety regulations. - Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
