Machine Operator

Machine Operator at Reynolds Consumer Products, located at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.

Pay: $19.25 per hour

Schedule: 12‑hour rotating shift every 2 weeks between day and night. 8:00‑8:00 hours with a 3‑day weekend every other week before shift change.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running machinery used in the production process while ensuring continuous, efficient, and safe delivery of quality products.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12+ months of continuous work experience.
• Aptitude to complete Operator Certification.
• Commitment to work a biweekly rotating 12‑hour shift schedule, 8 to 8; 3‑day weekend every other week before shift change.

• Extrusion and blow molding experience.
• 12+ months of manufacturing experience.
