Precisely stages kits and verifies physical ingredients to match the ingredients on batch sheets according to the product recipes;
Collaborates with Production and Quality Assurance Technician on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e. Brix, Acid, pH, color);
Operates forklift to load/move various ingredients, following all safety procedures;
Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIP's, foaming equipment and hand brushing);
Responsible for providing status report during shift handoff (batches produced, quality and results of batching)
