Job Description

Machine Operator | Temple, TX

• Pay rate starting at $19.61-$21.02 per hour

• 7:30am-4:00pm
• 3:30pm-12:00pm – shift premium $1.00 per hour
• 11:30pm-8:00am – shift premium $1.25 per hour

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently; inspect product for defects, and pack product in correct configuration.
• Perform quality checks and ensure correct counts on various product sizes and packs into the appropriate packaging.
• Make machine adjustments according to process documentation to minimize interruptions, ensure quality product, and efficient operation of equipment.
• Replace adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.
• Ensure that any finished goods or work in progress identification labels are present and placed in the correct position.
• Stack finished product in correct configuration, ready for transportation.
• Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping, and that area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy.
• Promptly inform supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality and production efficiencies.
• Follow all Company established rules and policies; adhere to all Safety rules, quality standards, process documentation and regulations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

• At least one continuous year of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
• Previous experience with measurement equipment is desirable but not required.
