Are you an Assembly Mechanic or Hydraulic Technician looking to become the go-to assembly expert within a growing, specialist operation? On offer is a rare opportunity to join and form a division at its very beginning, where your knowledge will directly shape how the team is built, how the work gets done, and what standards are set. This is an established manufacturer that is launching an entirely new service line: remanufacturing end-of-life hydraulic equipment across the region.

Competitors aren't offering this yet. The orders are already in. This is a business that is growing with purpose, and they want someone who takes real pride in their craft to help build it from the ground up. On offer is a hands‑on specialist role where your assembly expertise will be valued and recognised. You will be responsible for tearing down and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders to exacting standards, seal installation, torque application, alignment checks, stroke verification, and pre‑test inspection.

Your eye for detail and refusal to cut corners will directly influence the quality reputation of a division being built around doing things the right way.

This role would suit a skilled Mechanic, Hydraulic Technician, or Heavy Equipment Assembler who wants to join something at the start, be recognised as the standard‑setter on the floor, and grow with a team that's going places.

• Assembly specialist in a brand-new hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing division - in from the start
• Rebuild hydraulic cylinders including rods, pistons, glands, seals and associated components to OEM specification
• Monthly attendance bonus on top of a strong hourly rate

• 2+ years hands‑on experience with hydraulic cylinders or heavy mechanical assembly
• Able to read blueprints and work instructions independently
• Accurate precision measurement using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures would be beneficial
