Lift Truck Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.

Your Role:

As a Lift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Focus on safety.
• Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
• Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.
• Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick list, PGI).
• Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies.

We need you to have:

• Ability to successfully obtain forklift operator certification, including medical assessment, classroom and hands‑on training, and completion of evaluation.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Ability to perform stand‑up and sit‑down lifts, lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Local candidates only; no relocation assistance available.

Icing on the cake:
