Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging;
Develop and execute continuous improvement projects with plant leadership;
Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence;
Create and maintain operating procedures and troubleshooting guidance for bottling production areas
