* A growing precision manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, reliability, and performance of advanced production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC-controlled equipment, automated machinery, and related production systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience and a proven track record of improving equipment uptime and reliability.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery and automated production systems.
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and machine documentation.
+ Conduct machine alignments, calibrations, and performance verification activities.
+ Partner with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, service records, and parts inventories.
+ Recommend equipment upgrades, process improvements, and reliability initiatives.
+ Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance team members.
+ Participate in emergency maintenance support as required.
** Qualifications*
* + 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience supporting CNC machining equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
+ Experience troubleshooting CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, or similar platforms.
+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies.
+ Ability to diagnose issues involving HMIs, drives, power supplies, and machine control systems.
+ Experience installing, configuring, and commissioning industrial drives and related components.
+ Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
+ Experience utilizing predictive maintenance tools and reliability practices.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with production personnel, engineers, and leadership teams.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical training, certifications, or apprenticeship experience preferred.
** Preferred Experience*
* + Multi-axis CNC equipment maintenance.
+ Servo systems, motion controls, and industrial automation.
+ Predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and laser alignment.
+ Leadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.

** Pay Details:** $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
