• $21.02‑$22.44 per hour

• 7pm‑7am shift, 2‑3‑2 shift pattern

• Consistently and safely operate machines at or above standard levels of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
• Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine‑related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• Provide innovative solutions for production issues.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Complete appropriate end‑of‑shift paperwork, accounting for crew time, machine time, and production quantities.
• Inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct causes of defects.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• At least 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively with others as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and off‑shifts as needed.
