Machine Operator – Temple, TX

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to work in our manufacturing facility.

• Pay rate starting at $19.61 – $21.02 per hour

• 3:30 pm – 12:00 am (shift premium $1.00 per hour)

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently; inspect product for defects and pack product in correct configuration.
• Perform quality checks and ensure correct counts on various product sizes and packs them into the appropriate packaging.
• Make machine adjustments according to process documentation to minimize interruptions, ensure quality product, and efficient operation of equipment.
• Replace adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.
• Ensure finished goods or work‑in‑progress identification labels are present and placed in the correct position.
• Stack finished product in correct configuration, ready for transportation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and keep area(s) of responsibility safe, clean and tidy.
• Promptly inform supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality and production efficiencies.
• Follow all company established rules and policies; adhere to all safety rules, quality standards, process documentation and regulations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

• At least one continuous year of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work with others effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Previous experience with measurement equipment is desirable but not required.
