Operates robotic welder(s), which join steel components to create weldments. Creates and/or adjusts robotic welding programs as needed.;
Gathers needed parts and installs appropriate fixtures into the robotic welder(s) for each job.;
Loads the machine(s), initiates the welding sequence, and observes visually/audibly for proper machine operation.;
Unloads weldments and verifies proper completion of the operation with appropriate measuring devices.;
Completes weldments as needed with MIG welding.
