Seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer with 4–5 years of manufacturing experience to drive continuous improvement, optimize production processes, improve quality, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Analyze production data and improve productivity, quality, and cycle times.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Develop SOPs and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime, and yield.
- Manufacturing process improvement
