Precisely stage kits and verify ingredients to match batch sheets;
Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance Technician on analytical results and adjust batches (e.g., Brix, Acid, pH, color);
Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations;
Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIP’s, foaming equipment and hand brushing);
Provide status reports during shift handoffs (batches produced, quality and results of batching)
