$19.48/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential

2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm

Every precise mix and clean fill ensures customers receive high-quality coatings when they need them. Your work directly impacts product quality and delivery timelines.

• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and plant rules.
• Maintain accurate production records, certifications, and permits.
• Operate mixers, fillers, and related equipment to produce paint batches.
• Conduct quality checks, audits, and tests to meet specifications.
• Support EHS compliance initiatives and assist across plant operations.

• Minimum age 18.
• Manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is beneficial.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and 80 lbs on occasion.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and document results.
• Experienced with forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Collaborative approach with ownership of assigned work areas.
