About the Role:As a Weekend LVN at Avir at Weston, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients while working a part-time schedule on weekends. Your dedication to delivering compassionate and effective care will make a significant impact on our patients' lives. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patients' condition and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
