Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide education and grief support to patients and families
- Manage pain relief and symptom control for hospice patients
- Perform skin assessment and ulcer prevention as part of ongoing care
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- Healthcare coverage:

Salary: $54,000 to $100,000 per year
