• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• On-Call: Yes
• Weekend/Floating Requirements: Only if called in
• Patient Ratio: 1:1

• 1 Round Interview

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Open Heart Surgery
  • Open Vascular Surgery
  • Endovascular Procedures

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care by assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating care delivery with the healthcare team. The RN ensures safe patient transitions, promotes evidence-based practice, and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with physicians and care teams.
• Provide safe and quality nursing care based on established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff throughout the care process.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and advocacy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, procedures, and patient care practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical documentation and basic computer systems.
