The hospital features 33 ORs, 4 DaVinci robots, 2 Makos, and 1 Ion, with strong teamwork across nursing, surgeons, residents and anesthesia to deliver life-changing surgeries.
The OR RN uses the BSWH nursing model to coordinate patient care, assess needs, plan and evaluate care, ensuring safe passage and minimizing delays within the Texas Nursing
