Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager
, you will lead clinical operations within a home health setting, overseeing patient care, staff management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities include reviewing referrals, assigning clinicians, guiding clinical decision-making, ensuring documentation quality, and supporting staff through education, coaching, and performance evaluations.

This role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, home health experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
