Operations Quality & Continuous Improvement Supervisor

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality control performance goals
• Supervise and mentor quality department employees while fostering a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to recruit, train, and develop the quality team
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management System (QMS)
• Partner with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to promote safety improvements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant business experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Continuous Improvement role
• Prior supervisory experience in a plant or quality environment
• Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally
• Basic knowledge of OSHA standards

• Lean Six Sigma certification(s)
• Experience in quality control program implementation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and strategic thinking ability
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
