Compensation: $21.64 - $32.57 per hour, paid weekly (based on experience).
Position: Team Leader – available shift: 6 AM to 3:30 PM (E-Shift) Monday – Friday.
Job SummaryThe Production Team Leader supports the department's daily operations and has an important and challenging role. The role is visible to others and requires professionalism, sound judgement, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to the work team and ensure that associate work assignments are accomplished according to developed standard work instructions.
- Work with leadership to ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are achieved.
- Provide coaching and utilize conflict resolution with tact, confidentiality and in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Lead or participate in pre‑shift meetings as needed.
- Maintain certifications for membership with the Temple Emergency Response Team (T.E.R.T). T.E.R.T. team members are trained and expected to respond in emergency situations.
- Track, record and monitor production and quality.
- Implement safety awareness programs, communicate safety issues and provide professional feedback to the work team.
- Assist with training of new team members and continued skill development of all team members.

Qualifications- Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Computer literacy required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to work overtime. Overtime is required in the Team Leader position.
- Certification as Sr. Operator Specialist is preferred.
