Requirements: + You must have previous Quick Service Restaurant experience + You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Core Position at McDonald's. + You will need to pass a criminal background check. + You will need to be authorized to work in the U.S. Core Position Attributes: + Punctuality + Fits one of 3 Core Shifts + Demonstrates Exceptional adherence to uniform and professionalism standards + Greets all staff and guests with a smile + Strong Communicator with Restaurant Leadership and Staff, focused on new hire's growth + Exhibits traits of Role Model, Coach and Expert + Knows and Drives restaurant goals Schedule Commitment - You must be available for one of the following CORE shifts: +
