Compensation

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour
. Each shift will be paid at an hourly rate equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, maintain Hobby & Home Improvement displays, and may perform paint mixing and fabric cutting.
