Job Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

• Stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as needed.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; company delivers products to stores in advance.
• Use a company‑issued phone with a dedicated app for clocking in/out and mileage tracking.

• Full‑time position.
• Shift begins at 6:00 a.m. and continues until completed work.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

We seek a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You work independently on assigned tasks, enjoy interpersonal interactions, stay active, and take pride in detailed work. You are excited to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

• Pay starting at $19.42 per hour, increasing to $20.49 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
