Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products/services;
Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts to support Membership goals;
Fulfills Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items for pickup, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations;
Collaborate with managers and coworkers to complete work assignments and adapt to change while upholding company values.
