Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and collaborate with the sales representative to maximize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photographs of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and others—are well stocked, displayed, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Communicate any issues related to negotiated plans with store managers to the Mondelēz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state where you reside.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Proficiency with downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs.; able to move products from stock rooms to store floor.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Killeen, TX); secondary locations in Temple, TX and Belton, TX.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday required; weekdays as needed; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.
