Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs;
Assist in hiring processes by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders efficiently and notify customers upon shipment arrivals;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that returns are processed efficiently and accurately;
Perform opening/closing duties, manage money deposits, and secure the store at night;
Maintain store appearance, parking lot, signage/lighting, and delivery vehicles; ensure compliance with policies and schedules;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned;
Support in scheduling and training to ensure team members are current on training;
All other duties as assigned
