Position Summary

Provides member service and maintains the checkout area; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services; offers guidance regarding self‑service technology; processes purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies; follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps; handles merchandise correctly and reports unsafe situations; maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise;

promotes products; zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, assists members with transporting items, and maintains a safe shopping environment; secures assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity; maintains paperwork, logs, and documentation; executes emergency response procedures; ensures compliance with security and safety practices; trains member‑front‑line associates on processes, teaches new technology, rolls out new programs, and provides continuous learning opportunities;
